1) What are CEU's (Continuing Education Units)?

The CEU was created in 1968. IACET has been the CEU's caretaker for over thirty years. Originally conceived as the quantitative measure of successfully completed continuing education, the CEU has evolved into a hallmark of quality training and instruction by responsible, qualified organizations. One (1) CEU is equal to ten 10 contact hours of continuing education.
If you are taking courses to receive CEUs to meet professional licensing standards, be sure to check with the profession's governing body to ensure your prospective course meets specific requirements. As an IACET approved provider, we offer quality continuing education as set forth by the strict IACET guidelines.
